based on your screenshot deeper in this thread, I can confirm the effect.
The message editor and connection center windows have the generic Windows

In Windows 10 try right clicking on the task bar then select taskbar settings 
right at the bottom. It brings up a large window that has the selection 
"Combine Taskbar Buttons". I only have 2 choices "Never" and "When taskbar is 
full". I don't seem to have a general combine setting, but used to have in 
Windows 7.

You might need to scroll down to see it.  It is between
Taskbar Location on Screen
and
Notification Area
