When TB opens my main windows has a thick horizontal band between the menu 
level and the Toolbars level per attached TB01Capture.png.  The band disappears 
(or becomes a hairline) as soon as the window is rewritten. This behavior 
started with the last build.
Fixed in 9.2.0.3 (Beta).
 Sorry, not fixed in 9.2.0.3.

I experience a similar behavior after start and after minimizing and
