I, on the other hand, believe that the installer should uninstall any older
version. I consider this a bug.

Thanks for the tip. I'll wait for the next msi.

I have 3, all recent.  My experience with something like that is that, if you
uninstall the oldest, you also uninstall the more recent.
Best to uninstall the old ones before installing the new msi next time.

Yes, just replacing the .exe with a beta version does not alter the
installation info.

Yes indeed. I found v9.3.4 and v9.4.0 in the app list. It appears that when I
upgraded to 9.4 the old version was not fully uninstalled when installing the
new version with the .msi file.

I can understand that Win10 does not recognise the beta version I am using, as
I only manually overwrote the .exe file.

Three versions a The Bat! installed??

2021-07-18 Thread MAU
Hello all,

Not sure if this a beta issue suitable for this list.
Today I was "cleaning" my machine and I was surprised to see Revo
Uninstaller report three different version of TB installed (See
Clip-2.png attached). So, I opened Win 10 Configuration/Applications
and saw the same 3 "installations" (See Clip-3.png).

Does anybody else see something similar?
