I had the "no start" problem too, but solved it by saving the v9 "mail" directory aside. And then completely uninstalling v9. Install v10 to a new program folder, and move your saved "mail" directory inside the new tb program folder. You will need to tell v10 to use the "mail" directory to restore your mail account structure. Or you can simply abandon the old account structure and reenter accounts in v10 from scratch. -- Regards Gwen Using The Bat!
