WebP vulnerability in The Bat

CEF bundled with The Bat includes a vulnerable version of libwebp 
(CVE-2023-4863), so both beta and stable should be updated to the latest CEF 
version immediately.

TB 10.0.10 randomly crashing

The Bat v10.0.10 seems to be quite unstable – it often closes without any 
notification at all, while running in the background (so I don't notice until I 
want to send a new e-mail). Here's the content of my thebat64_Exceptions.log
