total disappointment
Hello, just wanted to say that I don't understand one thing. How such bugs like that one in RC3 (that makes The Bat freeze on startup) makes it's way to beta place and this list? I mean, come on guys, have you ever test compiled EXE file on your OWN machines? At least run a test that it is executable! I'm very disappointed with such bad unimaginable way of management. -- Best Regards, Vilius umskas LNK TV system administrator mob.: +370 614 75713 http://www.lnk.lt Current beta is 3.5 Return RC/3 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/

When I ask something Novell support, they release free patch for their software. When I ask something a RedHat they explain how it to be fixed. Even when I ask something at MS support, they explain how to avoid a problem, or give me a KB article number, or something else. But I get a _response_. RITLabs is just ignoring most of the customers. IMAP, Filter System and friends are broken there too. NFS - broken This is the core of the current *testing* period. So why other features are not fixed, like IMAP, HTML viewer? I mean that I feel like this beta cycle will finish up with one more unfinished feature. Here are the new feature you requested so long, cool, but it's broken, whoops, ok here's the fix, nope still broken, whoops, ok we'll fix it in another year or so, after we implement one more NEW feature. Hello 9Val, Wednesday, July 21, 2004, 10:02:14 PM, you wrote: Hello Vilius, what is the difference between When online, refresh folders every 5 minutes (in account imap fine-tune) and Periodic checking each 5 minutes (in account mail management) options? 1. When online, refresh folders every 5 minutes - checks message count on folders and shows if new messages arrived. No messages/headers are loaded (exception is current folder - if message count changes TB! downloads missing headers and adds messages to list. 2. Periodic checking each 5 minutes - performs folders synchronization every 5 minutes, so depend of synchronization settings of folder TB!'ll retrieve nothing/headers/bodies of new/all messages. So, if I have option #2 enabled, I don't need option #1. Because I see new message count anyway.
