Hello Stuart, It would be nice to have both functions. I have subdivided over 250 addresses into 10 groups, all addresses have a favorite entry. If I open the favorite menu, I get a dialog window which takes the whole screen. To find an address, I must scroll the menu for quite a number of seconds - really annoying. This lets me select address book groups from favorite lists, but it does not work as it did before allowing you to expand a group and select one member from that group.
