5.0.22.12 Exception Message: An attempt to modify the list while it is locked

This not only hung the program, but I could not start it. I finally started it 
from a command line, shut it down normally and was again able to start from my 
shortcut

I also found this in the other log. I had briefly switched back to 11 to see if 
that was the problem. I clean my temp files at boot up and was coming back 
after a power outage. I think the Bat should have been able to recreate that 
file instead of hanging up.
