The settings for standard message editor in Preferences do not match what is
later called.
Default Editor Setting in Preferences Editor called
Plain Text (MicroEd) Plain Text (MicroEd)
Plain Text (Windows) Plain Text (MicroEd)
HTML with alternative Plain Text Part HTML only
HTML only Plain Text (MicroEd)
