Hello,

This is still happening with 9.4.2 if responding to most HTML messages unless
message is converted (opened) as text for reply. If opened as text reply and
quotes will appear. If then converted back to HTML, HTML works as well as HTML
is working so far.

RNvT> Version 9.3.4.24 BETA is available
RNvT> https://www.ritlabs.com/download/files3/the_bat/beta/tb9.3.4.24-x64.7z
RNvT> If I reply via HTML, I get the error message "List Index Out of Bounds"
and a blank message is created.
RNvT> If I switch the blank message to Plain Text, the quoted text appears
ready for editing.
RNvT>         If I switch back to HTML, the edited text is there just fine.
