Dear Rick, @5-Jul-2008, 14:48 -0400 (05-Jul 19:48 here) Rick [R] in mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED] said to Martin: ... snip R I'm not baiting but asking - is it a rule? Well, yes, but it's a automatic one that needs no mention. The server is programmed with limits as to how big a list message may be. ... Which also means that the rule *does* allow for attachments. I agree with Roelof that the image being discussed here is an unnecessary one in view of the fact that a picture may be said to paint a thousand words, but that this one settled for 16. So in terms of value for bandwidth, it was poor. But I personally wouldn't decry anyone for flooding the list with a massive (sharp intake of breath) 18kb of data. So ... back to the topic in hand?
