CSAPI engine using Vista

Hallo TBBETA Users List,

To use the CSAPI engine with one your Office 97 dictionaries, you have
to select the language from the ones listed below the bar in the
languages menu. See attached PNG, I'm using British English from Office.

Is  this possible using Vista and next to the Office 97 dictionaries are
the Office 2007 dictionairies also usable?

AFAIK dictionaries from Office 2007 are not supported, MS changed policy
for using them.
