It annoying sometime to do logon and open/close TB!

I believe there was a statement on this matter, but here I am repeating - the
official release of version 10 will NOT require online The Bat! Network login
or token validity check.

Can The Bat be started without an Internet connection?

Hello list,

I have been using The Bat since 2002-04-21, almost 20 years.

I have not yet participated in the tests of the new version 10. However,
I am following the list closely.

Unfortunately, I read that the version 10 beta requires an internet
connection to start. But so far there was no real answer from Stefan or
Alex if this will be the case with the final version.

>From my point of view, the requirement to have an internet connection to
start the program does not fit to The Bat.

Maybe Stefan or Alex can finally give a reliable answer to the question
"does The Bat in version 10 need an internet connection to start or
not".
