They have to KNOW about it in order to fix it, and they work off a todo list known as BUG TRACKER It is unfortunate that they lost the database but that was some time ago. Hi, I stopped reporting those after all bug tracker database was lost, which one would argue is the second most serious disaster in development after the source code loss. 100% agree. You get fancy buttons and nice and shiny shit - but you get no working IMAP Clients. I guees they cant develop a good imap client because the code is to hard to rewrite.
