I can confirm that this happens with me as well.. A restart fixes it, and it
happens totally randomly.. I haven't seen it happen in the last few days
though.

Hello, Bill!

After running the reason betas for a while, some of the
items in the Standard Toolbar and the message list pop-up
are in gray and don't work. […]

I can cause the functionality to return by closing TB! and
restarting it. But after a while, it goes away again :-(

Yes, I have noticed this two or three times in the last two weeks or
so, too. But I cannot clearly reproduce this behavior. It just
happend at a moment's notice. :-/

Cheers!
VA

Thanks for the confirmation - I was beginning to think I
was the only one experiencing this.

Wow, this goes back to last year! An email program that
stops allowing one to reply is pretty useless.

Missing Functionality in Standard Toolbar and Message List Pop-Up

2008-02-21 Thread Bill McCarthy
Hello TB Beta List,

After running the reason betas for a while, some of the
items in the Standard Toolbar and the message list pop-up
are in gray and don't work.

Specifically, the items in the Toolbar are (1) Reply, (2)
Reply to All, (3) Forward, (4) Redirect, (5) Print, (6)
Save message(s) to a file and (7) Delete.

The items in the message list pop-up are (1) Reply, (2)
Forward, (3) Redirect, (4) Save as..., (5) Delete, (6) Mark
as Unread, (7) Mark as Read and (8) Print.

I can cause the functionality to return by closing TB! and
restarting it. But after a while, it goes away again :-(
