RC4 Spell Checker and International Pack

Hello tbbeta,

  Did I miss something - over here spell checker doesn't work and the
  international language pack doesn't work wit RC4 neigher...

Hello Martin,

   Did I miss something - over here spell checker doesn't work and the
   international language pack doesn't work wit RC4 neigher...

No problems here with spellchecker and except for new UI menus, I can
change the language.
