Hallo Rick, On Fri, 8 Feb 2008 13:35:13 -0500GMT (8-2-2008, 19:35 +0100, where I live), you wrote: RG Also, what is the difference between a virtual folder and a Common RG Virtual folder? They both seem to do the same thing A virtual is associated with an account, a common virtual isn't. I made one of each - outside of any account and had them point at the same set of folders. I could see no difference in what they did or in the properties. Am I missing something? :) Thanks -- Rick Republican tax for large corporations: Remember them the next time you see a CEO with hundreds of million$ in their golden parachute All that money came from somewhere. v4.0.7 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 Current beta is 4.0.7 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hello Rick, You said it. I have abandoned the _campaign_, but I still play and experiment every now and then. See attached. I have been experimenting also. I move all the mail into common folders rather than work on a per account basis I don't use any common folders, and neither any common filters. I personally see no real advantage in using them. Actually, common folders belong to a pseudo-account that doesn't have an Inbox or Outbox and can't send or receive, that's all. I made a virtual folder that shows the contents of all the out boxes. It seems to fulfill the requirements ...(?)
