That's right. I should have remembered.

Right. I can't find any way to do it either.

It was related to the email address. TB's OAUTH does not seem to work with
Gmail if "@gmail.com" is omitted (though that worked fine before). So, for
example, if the email address is x...@gmail.com, it was sufficient to log in
as user:"xyz". But with TB's OAUTH, now it seems one must log in as user: "
x...@gmail.com".

As I prefer not to set a default mailto address, I always get a list of
possible accounts to use (which is most convenient for me). Long ago that
list of accounts mirrored the order in my account tree (which was fine),
but now it is not in that order (for reasons I don't know). In any event,
it is the list of accounts in the "Select the Account" dialog box that I
want to re-order. But I find no way to do that.

Which was the sorce of the problem?

On the account/folder tree, Alt+click on the account you wish to move up or
down, and drag it to the desired position. To make it easier, collapse all
accounts first, so you don't have to navigate through all folders of any
account.
Anyway, when I click on a file and select Send to: The Bat!, I don't get a list
of accounts, the message editor just opens  and the account defaults to
whichever account is marked as "This accounts is the default for "mailto" URLs"
in Account/Properties/General. I do get a list of accounts if none is marked
this way.

Thanks, Thomas. This was the second time I asked what for me was an
interesting question and received no reply here. And, yes, everything is
sorted out now that I discovered and corrected the somewhat simple but
unexpected source of the problem. I anticipate that TB will now continue to
work with Gmail for me even after May 30. But the other problem remains...
has never been sorted out. This has to do with the list of accounts (I have
many) that comes up when right-clicking a file and using Send to: The Bat!.
I would really like to be able to re-order that list, because the accounts
I generally use for that purpose are now located toward the end of the list
rather than the top of it. But perhaps I am alone in having this problem or
wish.

We care. At least, I do. However, I could not replicate your problem, I have mo
problem using Gmail. Let's hope it stays that way after 30 May.

Correction. The POP3 only seems to work. But even that does not work,
because no messages are ever retrieved.
