Still not working. Downgrading again to 8.2.4.3.

Sorry to say, but this is becoming ridiculous. It's a serious bug, I cannot
upgrade and a whole year passed since this problem appeared for the first
time!

Please understand that this is a problem of Voyager AND The Bat with Gmail. Is
Ritlabs willing to cease support for Gmail accounts?

I am willing to cooperate to solve the problem but I need Ritlabs to be
willing as well.

Hello Raymond,

 I installed this version
when it was posted here by Max and it just seems to decay over time.

As I stated in am earlier post I had to bail on it also as it seemed
to lock up or at the very least grab way too much CPU time after a
couple hours of running.

I know that was it as whenever my machine started slowing to a crawl
if I went in and manually killed voyager.exe everything was back up to
speed immediately.

Have never seen that problem with 3.85.03

Just extract the ZIP archive to your flash drive and start from there.

It will ask your order number from The Bat! Professional registration,
and your The Bat! Professional key.

Humm, Not sure where mine is. I think I lost it in a crash one time.

But used the order number that you suggested.

We will do separate order numbers for the Voyager later.

:)

It doesn't matter to which drive your mobile drive have mounted. If the
drive letter has changed, the program should work properly.

 Your feedback is very appreciated.

You can activat the flash drive outside your work firewall (e.g. from
home) and then bring it to work.

I think thats not what David meant. He wants to tunnel POP3 access thru
port 80 if he's behind a firewall that doesn't allow access to port 110 (or

Try a fake order number and then use Help/Enter Registration code to copy

MM http://www.ritlabs.com/download/files3/the_bat/beta/voyager.zip

MM Your feedback is very appreciated.

Restored my TB backup to Voyager, but told it to skip my messages,
it imported filters, folders, but no address book.

Did a new restore, told it to only do the AB and it did so. Now I've
got my addresses. (Most of them, as I restored last Saturday's backup)

Voyager has some troubles remembering the window size it ran the
previous time. It started twice (on different systems) with a window
so big that I couldn't find the X at the right top. Sometimes it starts
very small.

Voyager still remembers things in the registry. What bothers me most
is that it gives me those silly tips on startup, on every system (and
every user account) I've got to disable that, the second time on a
given system/account it won't do that anymore (after disabling it).
That it remembers window size in the registry I can understand, but
the startup tips not.

What about plugins and Voyager?

They are looking for two numbers - the order number and the key
which I believe is a hash of your SN and name:

Still not working. I've entered my Bat order no and actication key from
Ritlab's order confirmation email. Still the message about key needing
to be 104 characters.

The fetch key command doesn't work either. That generates a message
saying this file does not have a program associated...Create an
association in the folder options control panel.

I think I'll pass on this beta for the time being.

Not necessarily.
I can imagine several scenarios where people would like to share
(part of) their message base, but would prefer their own personal
settings. When you drop those settings in a file in the message base,
you would force them to use the same settings.
