M Yes, but may confuse some. 'Mail dispatcher' is for incoming email 
M (downloading from server) while 'delayed dispatch' is for sending.

This is a nice idea. Maybe we should use it for a hint for a corresponding menu 
items.

I have a feeling that send later is somehow can be confused with drafts, 
when you can save a message in outbox to send it later.
