Only when doing a clean install (when not The Bat! entry is in the Registry), you can select the encryption node. The MSI installer just saves the user from the question whether it is Home or Professional edition. If you simply run this EXE, it will ask the user what edition it is. I'd really like to see an option later on to enable message base encryption without having to do a clean install.
