Do you have any other application that has animated icon under Windows 7 when
pinned?

Hello Scott,

"Compatible for Windows 7" logo means that a program fulfills certain
requirements set by Microsoft.

Thank you very much for pointing that out. I've tried to pin it and it stopped
moving. We do not plan to change anything in it since we don't know what can we
do.

There is a program "Microsoft ISV Empower" which is an affordable alternative
for developers, and includes MSDN subscription.

Do you speak about "Windows Server 2008 R2"? Why do you need a 32-bit version
of it? As long as you have 2GB RAM or more, it should work properly. If you
need more RAM, it is now not very expensive as it used to be 10 or 15 years
ago. BTW, Windows 2008 Server is not memory-thirsty. We are running several
2008 Servers under 512 MB RAM. But this discussion is drifting towards
offtopic, sorry ;-)

You are right. I have just visited
https://www.microsoft.com/betaexperience/productkeys/win7-rc-64/enus/ and there
were a message "We're sorry, but downloads are no longer available."

Don't take it as offensive, but if somebody got an RC from somewhere, he can
now also get the final release (RTM) from there.

Why should we get an RC?

MSDN subscribers can get the final release of Windows 7, where The Bat! has
animated icon in the task bar, at least on my computer.

Renewed SIMPLE MAPI handler is that we have just made minor updates in it and
singned it with a fresh digital singature, you don't have to reinstall it since
we didn't fixe any bug in it or whatsoever.
