Sort to sub-folders 24.17

2008-06-06 Thread Richard Newman
Hello Bat People,

Several of my incoming sorts to subfolders only sort to the parent
folder. For example, the filter that is supposed to take an
incoming message to sub-folder confirmations/received only puts
the message in the confirmations folder.

Not Exact the same Situation, because i use Common Folders not under the
Accounts.

And my billing Messages from Domain Provider are sorted into
/Rechnungen/11 - like they should.

Hallo Richard,

Are you sure that they're moved by the filter that's supposed to move
them to the subfolder? When they trigger a filter that moves them to
the parent folder the subfolder filter won't be triggered anymore.

I filter almost exclusively to subfolders and subsubfolders (otherwise
I'd get hopelessly lost in my multitude of folders) and I've never had
a problem with that.

BTW You can find the filter that moves the message in the log.

I'll have to figure that one out. You might be correct that
one is conflicting with another. Thanks.
