I have real problems with this one. It is taking at least 3 attempts to get
it to run. It is locking up on the splash screen (with the spam filter
showing).

There is an expression over here when someone has bad luck like I
have. You are asked "which Chinaman have you run over". P;ease no one
take offence. I have been asking myself this for the past few days.

The hard disk is away at a data recovery service, so I will get a nasty

Yes, but then when I did a download again, all was well. I have tried

I have had a hard disk failure, and unfortunately the backups I
thought I had made were corrupted. As a result I am having to create
things from scratch.

I have now downloaded The Bat! Pro three times, but each time it comes
up with

Error 1335. The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this

This is after downloading it 3 times in a row.

Is there any other source that I can use?

I seem to remember that you filed a bug report?

It is not working with GnuPG 1.4.3 and that is very annoying because I
use decryption and signing 10/20 times a day. So instead of using a The
Bat! template for this and having to fill in my password once I am
forced to use GPGshell and GPGrelay :-(

Report https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=5083 was fixed in .14.
Maybe it was a minor bug but certainly not 'cosmetic'.

BTW, although the report was already closed by Marek, I can confirm now
that the bug is fixed.

Can you give a changelog of these cosmetic fixes?

Curious to see whether I could spot the cosmetic changes, I've been to
acquire pro .14.

Same smooth experience downloading and installing as always, lately,
for me--noticed that the beta warning on first launch is gone. As I
expected it would be, given that this is a public release.

Anyway, thanks for the announcement. :)
