[-] The Menu Navigator was always disabled unless theme services was enabled.
[-] The option to display the Menu Navigator button the the Preferences dialog
didn't show/hide the button on-the fly (a restart of The Bat! was needed) -

three things to Menu Navigator:

1) I have Menu Navigator menu items hidden in View and Help menu, but when I
enable this option in Preferences, they appear too until I restart program
- after restart they are correctly hidden

2) but when I enable this option in Preferences, question mark appears in
title bar until I restart program - after restart it disappears

3) when I open customiser, old Menu Navigator entries in View and Help menu
are localised, but icon in root has name bMenuNavigator and is not
localised

Just curious … Don’t you think, that *three* places for that item are
too much of a good thing? = Main Menu, Help and Options?

Cheers!
