Tried this, but unfortunately it does not work.
Sorry, i'll explain it.

The first is that I do not have an address book called Trusted Root
CA. There is one called Certum CA Directory, one called Netcenter
Member Directory and one called Verisign. These three have a green
icon that looks a bit like a network icon.
Open Address book
In menu select View - Certificate Address Books
In left window you should have a red Trusted Root CA

When I try and create a new address book called Trusted Root CA it
has a yellow icon like that for the Personal address book..
No you should not create it yourself. Delete the created one.

The original link is all in German, and unfortunately I don't
 understand German.
Read this please: ;)

1. Download
https://corp.sts.microsoft.com/Onboard/ADFS_Onboarding_Pack/corp_sts_certs.zip
2. Extract zip file
3. Start TheBat!
4. Open Address book
5. In menu select View - Certificate Address Books
6. Select in left window red Trusted Root CA
7. Create new Contact with Ctrl T
8. As first Name use MSIT Machine Auth CA
9. Select Tab Certificates
10. Hit Button Import
11. Select file corp_sts_2014_chain.p7b
12. Threee Certificates are imported now
13. Hit OK
14. Close Addressbook
15. Restart TheBat!

I hope this is my correct description of importing process and helps now.

Try it!

Dialog Unknown CA certificate needs rework according to Windows Certificate Store

2008-11-15 Thread Marek Mikus
Hello,
since 4.0.34.22, Windows Certificate Store is used when is MS Crypto API
selected in Options | S/MIME and TLS.

When I set this S/MIME implementation and check mailserver, dialog Unknown
CA certificate needs rework according to Windows Certificate Store,
because even MS Crypto API is selected, dialog tells about missing Cert
in Trusted Root CA, which is not used in this case.

Second problem is in buttons, I do not understand, why both buttons for
viewing and storing are enabled with Internal implementation and both
disabled with MS Crypto API. At least viwewing should be possible in both
cases and I hope, storing cert to Windows Certificate Store could be
implemented too.
