Hi, MP Time after time we hear how much better Outlook and Thunderbird handle IMAP. MP I never reacted because I did not test those with IMAP. MP Now that I have, I will not change that attitude (this mail being the MP exception); however, the thought that the author of such reading matter would MP better go peel potatoes will always cross my mind, from now on. I can't speak to whether Thunderbird and/or Outlook are the perfect IMAP clients. I've never yet seen such a thing. Still, both's IMAP is better than TheBat's. I trust your own evaluations have revealed the same. So, nothing new. The blind leading the blind. Hello Thomas, Ritlabs keep breaking things that previously worked, it's their concept to keep us alert. What you have to do is the create a Bugtracker (BT) entry, otherwise they won't look at fixing it. Post the full link here, so people can check and comment, i.e. create bug reports. No, I don't care anymore. I have so many tickets on Bugtracker that I created and/or supported and nothing is being done about them. A decent development team would read this beta list and react with oops, we just broke something, and fix it immediately. Every couple of years I give Thunderbird and Outlook a try, but so far I have always returned to The Bat. Next week I will set up a new system and Thunderbird will get another chance. Hopefully, there are enough addons now that I can ditch The Bat. Hello Tbbeta, I just found out that I cannot change a keyboard shortcut anymore in the usual way: - right-click on menu/toolbar and select customise - select short-cut tab, double-click on desired menu entry - the little popup appear where I change the shortcut, I click CLOSE - I get asked if I want to appliy the modified settings. Even when I click YES, the new shortcut is not applied, the Customise window gets closed and the old shortcut is still in place.
