And for me they're all greyed out, because I have the option Administrator rather than User ticked. think I went into each of my filters and tidied them up after they were
imported from the old filter system because I noted the occasional odd
behaviour in them. That might have made a difference.
Some are recent. The rest were imported from v2, some (or all?)
having been revisited since. I've tested this with most of them
and they do not update automatically.

At some guy it has changed to Hungarian, but after restart, it is English again.
