for statistical purposes I would like to filter incoming mails of a

have one filter for all emails I receive that were created between
08.00AM and 05.00 pm. Similar filters for 5.00pm to midnight and
 midnight to 08.00AM.
 SNIP

T Instead of trying to do this with virtual folders, I have now set up
T common folders and use filters sequentially on the incoming account to
T provide me with the info.
T However, I don't like that I need to create copies - the beauty of a
T virtual folder is that you don't create copies just links.
T Also, the output is still not correct as some emails show up under
T both officehour filter and evening filter. I checked and rechecked the
T filter and they seem fine (time of creation) and I again wonder if
T this has something to do with the info in source and this time
T sometimes shown as 21.35 -7.00 ?

Are you quite sure the filters don't overlap? For example, one ending at
08.00 and another starting at 08.00. Just a thought :-)

While I have indeed the filters overlapping on these, this would only
matter if the emails arrived on the hour. The problem affects other
emails - one email was created at 2.18 pm and it appears both in
officehours and evening.

AntiSpamSniper no longer recognized...

2007-03-26 Thread Mark Partous
Hello,

Perhaps not a Beta-issue:

This is what I get when I try to assign the plugin:

Could not initialize the plug-in. It either has some internal problems or it
can not be qualiied as a plug-in

See attached capture.

Yesterday I had problems after installing the 70.337 version of ZoneAlarm pro
that made me uninstall ZA, clean the registry and reïnstall it.

Because this took some time I meanwhile installed sygate free version.

Now I already tried:

- installing the latest version of AntiSpamSniper
- reinstalling the latest TB! msi...

The problem doesn't go away...

Did anyone encounter this problem yet?

How to check if AVG Plugin is actually working? mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

How can I be sure it is working? Is anyone else running AVG that
 might have an idea?

Try sending yourself the string that can be found at the EICAR
Anti-Virus test page:
http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm

I got a dialog box warning me when I tried to send the message.

Yes, I realised that, but it can happen, and you didn't indicate whether the
mis sorts were random times.

T The problem affects other
T emails - one email was created at 2.18 pm and it appears both in
T officehours and evening.

As you suggested, it might have something to do with the differing time
zones, but I really don't see why that should affect the filters.

I will set up some similar filters here and see what happens and report
 back.
