folders don't show unread counts...

2007-11-21 Thread Tim Musson
tbudl,

I am running on XP sp2.
Have been upgrading TB from the 1.x versions.

Last couple of upgrades complained about not being able to find the
.msi file during install. I either pointed to it, or canceled and it
worked just fine. This past time, it complained about not being able
to find 2.99.3.msi when I was installing 3.99.29!

I am not worried about the above, things are running ok now. What my
current problem is is that in the folder window, none of the folders
display the message counts...

Another symptom is that the unread messages are not flagged when I
open TB...

Very frustrating.

Any suggestions?

No Mail Ticker

2007-11-21 Thread Bill McCarthy
Hello TB User Discussion List,

I've had the Mail Ticker off for a while but decided to turn
it back on.

I went to Options/Preferences/Mail Ticker and made sure my
settings matched the Help document. I clicked on folders
and picked all folders. I clicked on Age Limits - neither
is checked.

There are many unread mails - yet no mail ticker :-(

Any ideas?

changing where attachments are stored

2007-11-21 Thread Roman Katzer
Hello all,

I just reinstalled Windows and restored TB from backup. From now on I
would like to store attachments with the messages rather than in a
separate directory.

Is there a way to put the previously received attachments that were
stored in a separate directory back into their respective message
bodies?

Best regards,
Roman
