V5 - How to remove attachements when redirecting emails

2011-04-15 Thread Stephane Bouvard
Hi,

With previous versions, when redirecting an email, i could just select
attachements and push the "delete" key to remove those attach, allowing me to
redirect to a ticketing system the text only part of an email, without the
html/pictures versions...

Now, with the V5.0.8 it seems that i cannot delete the attachements when
redirecting... is there something i'm missing ? How must i do now to remove
attachements before the redirecting ?

Thanks for any tips.

I've checked and can't find any folders with unusual names. Everything seems
OK now so I'll just keep my backups up to date and keep my eye on it!

BTW in a previous post I mentioned that 5.0.8 seems to grab a lot of CPU
time. Could this be down to the 16,000+ messages in my inbox? It wasn't a
problem with V4

I know, I know, going all the way back to 2005. I suppose I should have a
tidy up!
