Re: Purging IMAP folder
Hello MFPA, Is there a purge all command? Or even purge all recursively? I don't know if it works for IMAP as well as for POP, but you could try Folder | Maintenance Centre. I'm looking for a way where I don't have to set it on every folder. Perhaps at the account level. If you go to Folder | Maintenance Centre, you can click select all to select all the folders (or/and tick a box for each folder you wish to select or de-select), tick boxes for which of the four maintenance actions () you wish to perform on all the selected folders, then click start. As I said, I don't know if this works for IMAP or just POP but if it works for you it is effectively the purge all command you are seeking. -- Best regards MFPAmailto:2014-667rhzu3dc-lists-gro...@riseup.net I think not, said Descartes, and promptly disappeared Using The Bat! v4.0.38 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3 Current version is 6.1.8 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

For each space added in the plaintext editor, M the line wraps 70-character point (or whatever you have set), leaving M a short and a long line. Actually what happens is I can get a couple (or more, depending on the length of the line) of spaces tacked onto the end of the line before the spaces start printing on the next line. The line I started typing the spaces on is now just a few characters longer; no re-formatting occurs. In retrospect, I'm not sure this has ever happened before. Certainly not frequently enough for me to remember it happening. The sender is using Gmail so her editor is whatever Gmail uses. Interestingly, when the body of the message is in the *viewer* window after selecting it from the list, there are two tabs at the lower left; HTML and TEXT. Clicking the TEXT tab instantly reformats the body into 70 character lines. Clicking REPLY at this point however still opens a reply window where the lines run off the screen. -- Best Regards, Jack LaRosa :usflag: Central Alabama Using The Bat! ver: 5.2. Is this bug fixed in the current version please?
02 June 2014 I am using 5.8.10 and it's working great. My only real annoyance is if if I have view modes set to show unread messages and I am reading one in the preview pane, and a new mail arrives, the focus is lost and the message disappears, marked as read. It's not a show stopper but gets tiresome. Is this fixed in the later versions or not?
