Does that work from forwarding via a filter though, as i haven't seen any pop ups. Please bear in mind the age of this version of TB!, perhaps it's something only available in later versions Stuart? Thanks for the reply Stuart. redirecting wouldn't save a message on the PC into which the message initially arrived though, would it? When you forward a message you get a pop -up that has a lot of choices including whether of not to include attachments and whether it is test or HTML. You may want to play with those. The other option is to redirect instead of forwarding. That usually leaves things as they initially were. -- Best regards, Stuartmailto:skcu...@fastmail.fm Current version is 7.1 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Your answer is important to continue investigating. Sorry, the wife threw a Christmas party so it's been manic here I removed all the continue filtering ticks and revised a few filter orders. I also removed a few redundant ones. I am a lot of mailing lists hence so many filters to send content to a dedicated folder. Things are now infinitely better, thank you so very much! There are a few anomalies, but I have now worked out how to put the messages back in the Inbox and manually run a filter with logging to see what filter is placing them incorrectly. I am ALMOST at a perfect situation! Awesome, and greatly appreciated. One question though. Mail with photo content or linkss to web sites, when transferred to my phone via GMAIL loses that content and appears plain text, with no photos or clickable links. That makes them fairly useless. is there a means to have GMAIL show them on the phone as they originally appeared on my main PC please? I think with a final few tweaks to the order of filters things will be nigh on 100% :) Again, thanks to all for tips and time spent! -- Chris Wilson "Using The Bat! v5.8.10 on Windows 7 6.1 Build 7601 Service Pack 1" -- Current version is 7.1 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
