Account / Properties / Files & Directories. 
 
You can change where your mail database is stored. It does not change where the 
.exe file resides, but I understand you want to move the large mail databases.

Account properties defines the directory where the account configuration is 
stored.

For the default data directory, go to the option/system menu (screenshot in 
French, sorry)
