When new address books or folders are created how do I change the order of appearance 
in the address
book itself...Some of them are in Alphabetical order and some are not as well as some 
of
the original default folders are different colors...

Hello Terry,
 You can have multiple ADDRESS books for your clients versus opposing counsel. Just 
send
 your bulk email to only ONE mailing list or use only one address book...

Is there a method to have Bat send out mail at a given time that is already composed
