Export of messages and address books

I have not been able to use TheBat since beta 45 due to constant access 
violations or abrupt program terminations. It has taken me three days to 
reach the point where I could turn off the automatic checking of 
mailboxes at startup, and I don't have the time for another week to do 
systems work, so I am looking for help now in temporarily exporting my 
messages and address books to Mozilla Firebird. Firebird can import 
messages from: Communicator 4.x, Eudora, Outlook and Outlook Express, 
and address books from: Eudora, Outlook, Outlook Express and text files 
such as LDIF, .tab, .csv, and .txt.

How do I go about it?
