thank for reply!
I "may" have done that a couple days ago, in that the problem has gone
away.

I went into Manage Imap ... and un-checked filders then re-instated just
 Inbox.

Always have had a problem with too many!

Folder-names
reflected from the iMap server to TB! which seem duplicitous in nature.
Sent-Mail, Outgoing, Drafts, Sent Items, Trash(Folder-Icon),
Trash(Trash-BIN icon) ... and so forth.

If this is an IMAP account, you can try emptying the cache. It will
refill from the IMAP server.

'Folder Maintenance' woes

2014-10-28 Thread RD
TB! version 6.7.2 and windows 7/64

Hello TBUDL:
Recently I asked about help with an issue where Folders never follow the
settings limiting message age or message count.

It was suggested to run 'Folder Maintenance'.

Ever since then, there is one of the accounts where, no matter that I
empty the imap/server folder (Inbox), no matter that I
empty/purge/compact the local TB! Inbox, 92 messages keep re-appearing.

This is all since running folder-maint. And running it again does NOT
repair the problem

This issue only started after using folder-maint.

what can I do to stop this nonsense?
