Are  you  trying  to  restore  the  backup  with the same version that
created  it? With the change in the message vase format as of v4.1 the
format of the backup changed too. So 4.0 backups cannot be restored by
4.2

Yes, I am using 4.2 and the backup was created in 4.2.

  I'm trying to restore from an autobackup.tbk and TB starts to do the
