If you uncompress the the_bat.exe which is downloaded from the site with winRAR or whatever de/compressor you use you can find all that in the readme.txt file. ..the distribution package is an SFX archive. This file to download: http://www.ritlabs.com/download/the_bat/the_bat.exe is the installer.
