If you use a Beta version I think you should monitor the TBBeta list and
post there. There was a List index out of bounds problem reported for
v4.0.28.3 that has apparently been fixed in v4.0.28.4 (current beta).

Oooh... Ithought I'd try the simple question first before goingto the 
complictaed.

The situation when it arises is:

The Bat is running.

At an unspecified interval, irregular AFAICT I get repeated Error boxes saying:

List index out of bounds (-1)

They just repeatedly propagate one after the other.

There is nothing scheduled by Scheduler at the time.

There may be an automatic email check triggering it.

Folder maintenance hasn't cured it.

If I hit the red x in each box quickly enough they can all be deleted one ater 
the toher and it seems to stop...

...until another unspecified period later.
