If you right click on the folder and select properties you will see
templates for replies, forward etc. Maybe these are causing your
problem.

Are you using a reply template that uses something like:
%From="%OTo"

That could be doing it. Might be account template, but also folder or
address book templates

You mean as in folder templates? Just delete them, next time you open
them they will be restored to the account templates.

If I receive an e-mail with the headers

TO: someone else CC: me

if I reply the message contains the header:

FROM: someone else

when it should be from me?!

I have tried fiddling with the reply macro, but to no avail.

on a related point, how do I reset folders properties for reply,
