If you right click on the folder and select properties you will see templates for replies, forward etc. Maybe these are causing your problem. -- Best regards, Stuartmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v3.5.30 Bayes Filter Plugin v2.0.2 On Windows 2000 5.0 Build #2195 Current version is 3.5.25 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hallo Paul, On Wed, 22 Jun 2005 15:08:10 +0100GMT (22-6-2005, 16:08 +0200, where I live), you wrote: PJ> If I receive an e-mail with the headers PJ> TO: someone else CC: me PJ> if I reply the message contains the header: PJ> FROM: someone else PJ> when it should be from me?! Are you using a reply template that uses something like: %From="%OTo" That could be doing it. Might be account template, but also folder or address book templates PJ> on a related point, how do I reset folders properties for reply, PJ> forward etc to use the account settings? You mean as in folder templates? Just delete them, next time you open them they will be restored to the account templates. -- Groetjes, Roelof Function call to load Windows: here_piggy_piggy_piggy_piggy The Bat! 3.5.30 Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 1 pop3 account, server on LAN OTFE enabled P4 3GHz 2 GB RAM pgpuc0XkeC53l.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 3.5.25 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Problem with FROM: header in reply messages
Dear All, I have a problem that I think started when I installed 3.5 If I receive an e-mail with the headers TO: someone else CC: me if I reply the message contains the header: FROM: someone else when it should be from me?! I have tried fiddling with the reply macro, but to no avail. on a related point, how do I reset folders properties for reply, forward etc to use the account settings?
