I just looked at http://ritlabs.com and it now seems to be
functioning fairly normally. It shows pages other than the purchase
and download, and the forum and FAQs, and a lot of other pages, are
back online.

I just googled and found a message posted yesterday to
the TBBETA list [1] from a user mentioning website
problems since the server was changed, specifically
that the bugtracker is down, plus an issue with the SSL
 certificate for https://ritlabs.com.

Firefox no longer throws a wobbly about the SSL certificate for
https://ritlabs.com being for a different subdomain. And the
secure site shows other pages rather than just the plain vanilla login
page it sported previously.

But there is still an issue with the SSL site, as for quite a few of
the pages Firefox doesn't display the little padlock before the https
in the address bar (and the address definitely says https). Googling
the issue firefox https site no padlock revealed that this is
because the site serves part of its content unencrypted on those pages
(some of the images). In Firefox, if I go to about:config and change
the option security.mixed_content.block_display_content to true, I
can then load https://ritlabs.com and see the padlock in my address
bar but (obviously) some of the images are unavailable.

And the link to Purchase shows as https://ritlabs.com/en/order/
when I hover over it, but actually sends me to the non-ssl version
http://ritlabs.com/en/order/order_gbp.php (I can, however, edit the
address bar and load the https version). I could not find an answer
for this one.

Finally, still no access to the bug tracker, unless it's URL has
changed. I get a 404 error at https://www.ritlabs.com/bt.

bugtracker, no forum, no FAQ page.

It was OK when I previously looked for something on their site on 7th
September (I know the date as I ended up emailing Ritlabs).

I just googled and found a message posted yesterday to the TBBETA list [1]

For what it's worth, wayback machine [2] crawled Ritlabs website a
couple of times in September, so there is a recent snapshot available.
Of course, that will not include anything from the last couple of
weeks (including the new prices).

Well done on your diligence. I don't think it was discussed yet.

I have access to both websites. However, teh SSL cert for the second
one is for another subdomain, as has already been mentioned here.

Either I have forgotten my login or password for the bugtracker, or it
has been lost. The former is possible, so I ask whether anybody (who
can get the bugtracker website) has a problem logging in.

I have the same problem, it does not like my login or password.
