I had a feeling that Kaspersky was the cause.  I had thought about going to the 
Kaspersky web site and seeing if I could pick up their cert and installing into 
the Bat cert folder.  Would that work?

Presumably. But can't you just export it from the windows store and
import to TB! store?

I went under Options, Then, 
S/MIME and TLS Preference , Then, 
Under the Header S/Mime and TLS Certificates, I chose Microsoft CryptoApi,

I was using the option Internal Implementation ( The Bat! Address Book)

Now, that may not be the correct way for this to be working, but it did fix my 
problem.

I thought the same.  I turned off the option for Kaspersky to check emails, and 
killed it through Task Manager.   Still had the same problem and the log read 
out was just short the part about Kaskpersky...  

I know I did something during one of my back up sessions, which is not working 
correctly on the beta's yet.  That is why I tried to restore from old back ups. 
 That didn't work either...
