The only solution I can think of: export all your folders to unix mailboxes, create new account, and all the folders. You may now: either configure everything manually, or copy account.* files one-by-one (while TB is *not* running!) and check if the problem gets back. This way you may locate the account.* file that causes it. You'll have to re-create that file manually... I'm not sure, but this should work...
