No, but I started with TB back in the summer when I hadn't much time, and it was a long while before I joined the list. The new version must have come out in the interim. I intend to install it soon. I see that many messages have a note appended to say what the latest version is. I've also set up the RITLabs home page in WebSite-Watcher, which I run fairly often for other reasons, so should get warning of changes that way as well.
