Hello John, Friday, September 9, 2005, 6:50:38 PM, you wrote: JP Is there something else I should be doing here to get common filters to JP work? Go into sorting office and copy the filter you are trying and then paste it here. We will take a look at it. Another issue you may want to check is the order of your filters. I can't remember which comes first account filters of common filters. If it is account filters it may be possible the messages are being caught by an account filter that is not allowing continuing processing. -- Stuartmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v3.61.03 beta on Windows 98 4.10 Build A Current version is 3.60.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

You could try to 'mark as read', maybe it's just toggling the read status, but I don't know, it's been awhile since I used v2. Checking mark as read doesn't work. Thanks for the explanation of the differences in the various types of filters. -- JM Using The Bat! 2.12.04 Under Windows 98 4.10 Build A Current version is 3.60.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
