The opening of web pages and HTML links is definatly a problem with
Firefox, as this behaviour is not seen with IE.

The Mailto links however, are the Bat problem. The error comes from
the Bat, and is browser independent. I am not sure why it does it, but
the problem is not shown when using Microsoft Mail or Outlook.

Youre right, it does appear to be a Firefox issue, as IE does not
cause the Bat to complain, it does however still complain when a
mailto link is clicked, with a "file cannot be opened"error

I am using the most recent version of FireFox, so it looks like it
still maybe a fix required!

Firefox is the default browser on my system, and all other apps work
just fine. Just the Bat has this error. If I set the default email to
Microsoft Mail, itsends mailto links justfine.
