Hi All,

-Only slightly off topic-

T>> solution. My client chose not to do business with them. My client was
T>> adamant about the way business should be conducted and in his mind, it
T>> didn't include C/R. Quote from him - "They just told me I wasn't
T>> important."

I have just had a similar experience with Ritlabs/cifnet. I
originally registered TB! on Aug 27, and was interested to find out
if I would receive a free upgrade to 2.0. I emailed ritlabs, only to
have my email returned, stating that SpamCop has determined that my
mail server is a known originator of spam. Same with an email to
 cifnet.

This was extrememly frustrating, because I had no recourse. I simply
couldn't contact either company by email. I, of course, have never
spammed anyone in my life, but I am on a shared web host, and
apparently one of their clients was the culprit. My host took quick
steps for me, but this did little to change the fact that I couldn't
send email to ritlabs. Someone from spamcop replied to my whining,
stating that there wasn't anything that could be done. Sounds like a
great service. They are happy to block my email, but 'there's nothing
that can be done' to unblock it.

Fortunately for me, cifnet is in Chicago, where I am. So a local call
did the trick. But the point stands.
