Replies, original message text sometimes not appearing

2002-12-17 Thread David Cohen
When replying to a message, sometimes, but not always, the text of the
original message does not appear on the screen. When this happens it
doesn't matter whether it's a reply to a whole message, or reply
quoting selected text in the Specials menu. Has anyone else
experienced this problem or know what is happening?

Maybe you're using an AB- or folder template that doesn't use the
%quotes macro? Is it always the same (group of) recipient(s) or the
same folder?

Are they html-messages without a text-part?

You're the one experiencing the problem. The best way to figure out
what's happening is to watch out for things in common between problem
occurrences.

BTW When it happens and you delete the reply and reply again to the
message does it happen again?

Bingo! So simple! Thanks very much.
