As an answer for Your letter, I would like to write:

In Poland (where You move in the near future) You can use modem-based
connection as I do. It cost me 15-20$ per month (I don't know how is DM
right now). It's the easiest, but not cheapiest way to stay on group.
However You will not be online all the time. But there are many options.
Whatever You choose: see You around. :)))

In your place i would'nt quit the news list, but t-online.

Try a cheaper provider, like freenet or something else.

Anyway, i wish you the best too:)
